He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at Siena College in 2013 and went on to spend the last 10+ years financing commercial real estate throughout the tri-city area and the country. Trent has an extensive background analyzing, underwriting, originating and financing over $1B in commercial real estate. This helped him to learn and acquire his own real estate portfolio which includes over 25 properties and 65+ units today. Queena and her husband own and run a successful restaurant in East Greenbush – Nishiki Sushi that they opened in 2013. Queena’s entrepreneurial drive has translated over to her real estate endeavor helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Maria is an experienced administrative professional with nine years of experience in Singapore’s ship management industry, where she supported both front and back-office operations. Originally from the Philippines, she returned home in 2022 and transitioned into working remotely as a virtual real estate administrator. Since October 2024, Maria has been a trusted office assistant, known for her reliability, organization, and ability to confidently manage a wide range of tasks.
